Work through a poor connection

HiveAware can preserve supported field changes locally and synchronize them when connectivity returns.

For quicker field access, first install HiveAware on your phone.

Prepare before the visit

1. Sign in while connected.
2. Open the workspace, apiaries, and hives you expect to use.
3. Confirm the application reports that its offline shell is ready.
4. Keep the browser data for HiveAware on the device.
5. Test your intended field workflow before depending on it at a remote yard.

Record work offline

Use the supported forms normally. When a change cannot reach the server, HiveAware can place it in the pending-sync queue and show its status.

Do not repeatedly submit the same change. Wait for visible confirmation that the action was saved locally or completed online.

Synchronize later

1. Reconnect the device.
2. Return to HiveAware.
3. Confirm you are signed in to the original workspace.
4. Watch the pending-sync status until the queue clears.
5. Open the affected hive or history view and confirm the record appears once.

Recover from sign-in or throttling

If your session expires, sign in again. HiveAware is designed to retain cached records and queued edits, then resume the original workspace before replaying them.

If the server asks you to wait, do not keep retrying. Leave the pending work in place and try again after the displayed cooldown.

Clearing browser storage, using private browsing, or removing site data can delete local offline information that has not synchronized.
