Manage your account and profile

Use the profile menu for personal settings that follow your account rather than one hive or workspace.

Register and sign in

1. Open HiveAware and choose the registration or sign-in action.
2. Enter your email and password. New passwords must satisfy the requirements shown by the form.
3. Complete email verification when prompted.
4. If Google sign-in is available, you can use the Google button instead of a password.

If you forget your password, use Forgot password on the sign-in screen and follow the emailed reset link.

Update your profile

1. Open the profile menu from the application header.
2. Choose the profile controls.
3. Update your display name or profile photo.
4. Save and confirm the header reflects the change.

Change appearance and navigation

The profile controls include the available color themes. Select the palette that works best in your current lighting. If Field Guide mode is available, its switch changes the signed-in workspace presentation without changing your records.

You can also reorder application tabs. Drag tabs into the order that matches your field workflow. Use the reset action if you want the default order again.

Sign out safely

Before signing out in a disconnected yard, check the pending-sync indicator. Signing out does not intentionally discard queued offline work, but syncing first gives you the simplest recovery path.

Do not share passwords or personal access tokens. Support will never ask you to send either value by email.
