Review and export your records
History helps you understand what changed. Reports and exports help you share or preserve that record outside the app.
Review history
- Open History.
- Select the workspace, apiary, or hive context you need.
- Filter the activity to narrow the time range or record type.
- Open an item to review its full details and attachments.
- Compare recent inspections before deciding the next action.
Use the hive timeline when you need one colony's sequence of inspections, configuration changes, treatments, feedings, photos, and completed work.
Use reports
Create a report when you need a durable summary or a record with supporting photos. Check the selected apiary, hive, and date range before generating or sharing it.
Export CSV data
Use CSV export for spreadsheet review and portable tabular records. Open the export action, select the available scope, download the file, and verify it contains the expected rows before relying on it as a handoff.
Export profile data
Profile or workspace archive export appears when data export is enabled for your account or workspace.
Use the export action in the profile or workspace controls. Store downloaded archives securely because they can contain operational and personal data.
An export is a point-in-time copy. Continue using HiveAware as the current record unless your team has deliberately chosen another source of truth.
