Record a treatment
Treatment records preserve what was applied, why it was used, and when follow-up constraints end.
Add a treatment
- Open Treatments.
- Choose the intended apiary or hive scope.
- Add a treatment.
- Select or enter the product and treatment type.
- Record the start date, planned end date, dosage, reason, and notes.
- Add a withdrawal period when the product or harvest plan requires one.
- Attach a photo when the label, placement, or result should remain with the record.
- Save the treatment.
Review active work
Use the apiary and hive filters to separate active courses from completed history. Create a task when the treatment requires removal, reapplication, a mite check, or another dated action.
Complete the record
When the course ends, open the treatment, record the actual completion information, and mark it complete. Do not erase the treatment after completion because its timing may matter during future inspections or harvest review.
caution
HiveAware records the treatment plan and history. Follow the product label and applicable local guidance for treatment selection, dosage, timing, and withdrawal requirements.
